The Coaching Cadre is vital to the Partnership's AIM of Promoting Performance Excellence. Cadre members work for the Partnership providing coaching services to our partner districts. They may only work a few days a month or only a few days a year. We work this out on an individual basis for each member. The Cadre is made up of teachers and administrators who work and learn in our member districts as well as others who demonstrate the skills and expertise needed to facilitate the work of the Partnership. Cadre members support classroom teachers in their efforts to develop an environment where students can become leaders of their own learning.
